he was probably focused that little school shooting thing there in Fla where a red flag law may very will have IDd the prick before it happened
The guy that did the shooting was already “ID’d”. He had been interviewed by the FBI over 20 times in the past. Parklawn school knew the kid was unstable yet he was allowed to easily walk into the school unimpeded with a backpack and rifle. The “red flag law” would have done nothing to stop it. Red flag laws are a means to unconstitutionally disarm people. Period. But it’s nice to see how you feel about them.

I always love to see people make excuses for a politician breaking their oath to the constitution. Rick Scott is a tyrant like all the others that have broken their oath. And yes folks, Trump can be thrown into that mix too. But nothing will ever be done about what these politicians do so it really don’t matter.

Point is, Rick Scott is another terrible choice for senate majority leader. All three choices are. There is a reason these three are being pushed. Why do you think someone from the freedom caucus isn’t being pushed? They want someone in there that is gonna work against Trump, not with him. Even if Rick Scott is supposed to be a Trump ally, he will do what he is told by his masters in the swamp. Just like Mike Johnson does as Speaker.

I'm not so sure Rick Scott is a good idea.

Now, maybe Tim Scott.

Rick Scott's sure not my first choice but the senate Republicans are almost all Democrat lite. They will never vote for a true conservative leader because he might hold their feet to the fire and make them show their true colors. They've perfected fooling most of the people, most of the time.

It appears lankford is supporting cronyn and mullin thune. Are ok congresscritters RINOs? Looks that way.
It's a black mark on our state which is arguably the most conservative in the U.S. and yet we have two total sellouts representing us in the senate. Langford has a Masters degree in Divinity and was ordained a minister. I've always understood that if God puts on calling on your life to be a minister he never removes it, I guess if you're a politician your professional weasel skills allow you to get around that. Ditto with Mullin, God spoke to him personally and told him to break his term limit vow. From my interpretation of the Bible, God is pretty firm on vow keeping...My mom was and my wife is, the most devout Christians I've met in my long life. Like them, the only time God has spoke to me is through his Living Word. Sorry, I'd accept it at face value if Billy Graham said it but these two are blind with ambition and have learned to radiate sincerity...even if they hafta fake it.

I was talking to Inhofe one evening at a banquet. He was at our table. I asked him when a constituent called him expressing his opinion, does he think it is only one voice in the wind or does he think the person is a representative of many voices who, for some reason didn't contact him?

He said he treated every person that contacted him with a legitimate opinion or concern with a ratio of 1 to 1,000 with the same opinion. You know that person didn't just come up with a complete independent thought, about the subject. It was a consensus of many like minded individuals and discussed and massaged into the opinion expressed by the individual but held by many.

I replied, THAT, is exactly how it should be and I thanked him for his works and his candor.

He was correct in that ratio. I sent a letter to KRMG a couple days before the election informing them I was through as a listener due to their ever increasing left wing bias. Their lead story 2 days before the election was a guy that Trump fired said Trump admired Hitler. We all had to hear the Hitler and Fascist screed for 8 years now. The election proved most of us are fed up with it. Naturally they didn't reply, I knew they wouldn't and told them so, but I said the same thing. For every listener that writes a letter theres a 1000 that just quit listening. Crickets...
