Just tumbled my first batch of 60 pcs of 30.06 in Ultra-vibe 10 for 4 hours and the neck area of almost piece is still dirty. The cases looks great. All 60 pcs are Remington core lock factory ammo. Is there a pre-treat or additive for the media I can do and or use to get cleaner brass? Thanks...

I tried everything in my vibratory cleaner..I was never totally happy.
I started using a spinning brush inside the case necks.
Either a nylon one or a worn brass one that i wrap 0000 steel wool around.
Change the steel wool every 20 cases or so.
Got that little tidbit from a bench rest shooter..

That little step shrunk my groups.
I ended up with more consistent bullet seating forces.
I now use a slightly worn nylon brush on them before i size them.

Be sure to clean all steel wool or carbon from cases before sending them into the die..
That stuff left on cases will scratch dies( over time) or expanders.
If you or your gun does not shoot any better than 2" you may never notice anything with those extra steps.

I also built my own pin tumbler..and use copper pins i made.
My vibratory has been shelfed for quite a while now.
