Senator Rubio is smart enough to use the water sip to his advantage... if he chooses to run for higher office, I foresee a clever political ad in which he sips A LOT of water.

This, I'm no major fan of any politician of any major party, Rubio included. But the dude's proven clever so far. Possibly (probably?) the best figurehead his party has at the moment.
The Dems must be a bit scared of him if they are trying to nitpick him over ignorant stuff like this....
