    I saw that video a while back. The Wrangler manual says you can dry fire it. I tend to side with Ruger on this one from experience.

    How does the Ruger Wrangler compare to the Ruger Single Six? (I’ve never shot either of them)

    Single six is a much nicer gun and made from better materials. The wranglers have a loading gate that is a SOB to open, and some of the guns I have handled including one I own have some poor finishing before ceracote. Still they are little tanks and are a half to a third of the price of a single six and much easier to find than a single six also.

    I recently picked one up. I'll probably flip it. It was sort of an impulse buy. Not a fan of SA revolvers.

    Still loving mine. It goes to the range with me every trip. Put another couple hundred of the crappiest ammo I had through it and ran like a top.
