Shawnee and Seminole Wally Worlds still sell long guns. They all stopped selling handguns years ago. You can also special order a rifle or shotgun and have it delivered to them for you to pick up.
In Northeast Oklahoma, the Wal-marts in Owasso, Broken Arrow, Claremore, and Miami all sell long guns. Additionally, the Wal-mart on Rangeline in Joplin, MO sells long guns.
I bought my 10/22 with synthetic stock and blued barrel for $175 new last summer. There are deals out there, just keep an eye out. I agree with several of these guys, buy a cheap one and go for aftermarket accessories to customize.
