Look what Ruger just announced today. It is a takedown model, it will take Glock magazines and it is threaded for a suppressor.

Using 10-22 trigger components is a very nice touch. Lots of aftermarket upgrades.
I'm interested in this one for sure.

It's the same way going from the LCP to the LCP II. The gun is better (features wise, I've never shot either), but has way more sharp looking edges, and over done styling.
