I've heard of the 365 in 380acp, but haven't seen one in the 'wild'.

I recently acquired a Beretta 80X Cheetah. It's one of the finest modern weapons I have. Curiously, the leather holsters for my 365 fit the Beretta perfectly!

Best of luck in your search!

I have the P365 in .380 and 9MM.

IMO the recoil impulse on the 9MM isn’t much more than the .380.

The .380 slide is easier to manipulate than the 9MM.

The lower on the .380 will work on a 9MM and the 9MM lower will work on the .380. I have flat triggers on my P365’s, I shot the .380 with the 9MM flat trigger lowers (I changed the trigger on my .380 to a flat trigger). You can opt for the XL grip frame if you get the 12 round magazines ( kinda takes away from the pocket gun, with the longer grip frame).

I shoot the P365 .380 better that my Glock 42 and Ruger LCP II ( I have this in .380 and .22).
I should have brought out my Sig P238; Browning .380 1911 and Kimber Micro .380 , but I did not. I really like shooting the P365.

I paid $425 for mine, in a private sale, I think $469 (plus sales tax) with an Sig Romeo Zero red dot, is an excellent deal.

The cheapest I found the 12 round magazines was Osage County Gun, they were $37.99.

My wife or family will sell it when i”m gone, I don’t think i will ever sell it.

Advantage Arms is working on a .22lr adapter for the P365 and Hellcat!
