LNIB. I took it in trade and was told it had one magt shot for function check. I've put about 4 mags through it, darn nice pistol but it just isnt my thing. Comes with 3 original Ruger mags, all the paperwork and box. Can include 50 rounds of loose ammo, for asking price. They're $1000 at Cabella's, $890 on gunbroker, but you have to pay tax, shipping, "CC Fees and the FFL charge.
