Went down to the Little River today. Spent 2 hrs. Still nothing. No bites.
Friday was a bust, didn't get enough to make it worth cleaning. Brought 11 home yesterday. Don't know what was going on, but we hooked and fought about 8 more, but they'd just come off mid fight. Hooks were sharp, so maybe they were hitting short? Missed quite a few outright. Weather was gorgeous, so the frustration at losing so many was tempered by a great day!
went Friday evening and slayed them. Went back Saturday and couldn't buy a bite go figure

Went back to the Little River,and caught one big female. Stayed about 1 1/2 hrs. That was it,but it may be the start of the run at any time.
my buddy's went back to canton today and caught 35 big ones. they are running up the north canadian pretty good

Not by me! It's just Cameron and I this morning. We got out about 2 hours later than we had hoped. I'll let ya know how it gord.
