savage or remington 308

I have 2 savages 10fp 223 & 12lv 22.250 both shoot better than I can 1/2 in at 200 if I do my part, have not tried 300 yet. Do not have a 308 savage or remington. Only remington rifle is a model 7 7-08 of my sons it shoots good as well but not a bull barrel remmy

I would go with the Savage

Ok everyone I know we are talking about .308 here but I found a Remy 700 .30-06 on this site for sell. it dated 1999. Should I jump on this and buy it or should I hold and get a .308. Here is the link.

To answer one question above, No, the Vortex is not nearly as good as a Nightforce, and not even close to a S&B.

I prefer .30-06 to .308 myself, Blurpers.
