and have only hunted twice anyway back in the 90's. I was wondering how likely is it to harvest a deer in any given season i.e. modern gun, bow and muzzle loader in public wma's like Heyburn and or Keystone or any others you suggest? Also, if kept in the freezer, how long does deer meat keep? If I were to get wildly lucky this year and bag 2 deer can I expect to use that for up to 2 years? Or is that too long?
