Does anybody have a suggestion on where to take a Seiko solar to have the rechargeable battery replaced?

I cant even set the time on mine. The watch is far smarter than i am. It was a gift for setting more wheels than anyone else. it sits in the sun charging. I'll wear it a few times a year to look fancy.
