Your exactly correct, and I'm hearing the legislators pushing this bill are going to try and override the Governor's veto in search of more tax dollars to squander on pork projects. The actual tax money is miniscule so I don't understand the big push to let these outfitters into our public areas. Outside lobby interests is the answer I believe.If you contacted Gov.
