My Wife and I have come to different answers on 2 questions and I need OSA help. We decided that whatever the majority says here is the correct answer...

I won't tell my side so that there isn't any influence on the poll:

Since you push forward from the handle, I would say that the handle side is the rear of the cart. HOWEVER, it is actually easier to either pull the cart from the front/side, or push it in reverse, since the pivoting wheels are there.

Tennis balls are "optic yellow" which is yellow with a reflective luster, which is why they appear sort of green.

Steering/swivel wheels are at the front, pulling a cart backwards by the handle makes it squirrely. The handle is at the rear.

As far as tennis balls go, I don't know. Ball colors aren't really my area of expertise.
