Yes they are. I planted over two hundred bare root seedlings that I got from the USDA, for a riparian buffer along a creek, and there are only a few left. What they didn't nip off, they have rubbed the bark off until they die.

Found quite a few sheds in Woodward County earlier this month but the game cam showed that many were still carrying their antlers.
I'd think they should be dropping pretty quick. Haven't been out to look for any though.
I went today. I walked a fence line on corp land for mile and back. I found 0 sheds. Found several reamains. I found some huge bones they either belonged to a big cow or little dinosaur. ...lol.

I should of taken pics. Maybe ill go back tomorrow. I thought big foot after I wrote the above post. There was one spot that I found two deer skulls just feet from each other, it was on top of a high cliff that looked over a field..... I thought it might be a great spot for a mountain lion.
