Shipping ammo via USPS, FedEx, or UPS

Does anyone know if you can ship ammo in any or all of the above carriers? If so is there a hazmat fee or anything out if the ordinary?

Only had ammo shipped by UPS ground. No hazmat fee with ground service, but there is a fee if you sent it air. Not sure on the other services.

USPS 'WILL NOT' ship ammo .... Not sure about Fed-Ex. UPS will put an ORM-D sticker on the box ...

You need a label on the box that says:
ORM-D
Cartriges, Small Arms

You should be fine writing it on the box with a marker, but you can also print out a label and tape it on the box. A UPS place may have some stick on labels they'll give/sell you.

It can only go ground with UPS IIRC. I've shipped ammo with them several times.

I've never shipped any myself, but I buy ammo online all the time. It comes UPS with no problems.

I have seen the labels and I buy ammo online too I just wasn't sure if I had to pay a hazmat fee. Don't they always hit you with that fee when shipping ammo?
