If they are a security guard "arresting" you, object politely and quote the law. If they don't let you go turn on video cameras and call 911. Bonus points for faking an asthma attack due to the stress. You may just become a mall owner.

I had to go there when I was having problems with my iPhone. I don't remember seeing any signs and I was armed. That was about a year ago, June.

The is an attorney that only sues Simon malls as a full time job. My Mom was attacked at Penn Square, and ended up badly injured, got a whopping settlement from the mall.
