Shooting in OKC last night

I’m not sure about the critical one. That person wasn’t in my daughters friend group as far as I know. The reticle says two injured but these are the only two that I know of for sure

OKLAHOMA CITY -
Oklahoma City police are searching for a suspect in a double shooting that happened just after midnight near Northwest 10th and Hudson.
Police say at least two people were shot, one of which is in the hospital with critical injuries. Officers say the suspect is described as a black man who was seen walking away from the scene.

Which ethnicity is causing this? Perhaps the same that shut down the mall in South OKC?
