Should I bubba my 91/30

I was tempted to bubba scout my 91/30 but I am not sure if I should just keep this one in its original form.

How common is my 91/30
Markings; Hammer Sickle; 1942r

Bolt, bottom magazine, butt plate, and receiver marked HE8451
Only ones without the same serial are the accesories.

kind of a cool stamp. They are still cheap, buy another generic factory refinished one and chop it.

What does "bubba scout" mean? There are varying levels of bubba guns tithing. If you're not making permanent changes, I say go for it. You can always put it back to original.

Why not just get an M44 and put a scout scope mount on it. That way when these things reach their full value in some years like mausers today your kids wont cuss you.

Buy another one and Bubba it. Yours is too clean, I've seen ones that look turrible.

Shot her today, straight shooter at 25 with Monarch ammo. Might be keeping as is, maybe refinishing the wood.

No bubba on that one....find another one. Or get an M44, think widners had some for $209

What's the goal here? If you want a bubba-rifle - go for it, it's your rifle do as you please. If you want a hunting/plinking/target rifle - there are much better options out there.
