Damn good idea. Just think how much better off America would be if William Shockley's plan had been implemented in say, 1970.

He advocated for voluntary sterilization for low-IQ folks, even offering a cash bonus for those partaking - the lower the IQ, the bigger the bonus. No abortion, no involuntary stuff, simply a benefit to both patient and community.
