+1 on the Ruger LC9. I also have several Keltec pistols, but I have to say that the difference in price between the Ruger and the PF9 is well worth it. The Ruger has been 100% reliable for 1000+ rounds.

Sig Sauer P6. Cheap, reliable and plenty accurate for the purpose. I also had a Kahr CW9 in the past, and it was a good gun as well.

I think the Kahr CW9 and CM9 are both fine carry weapons - as is the Ruger. The Ruger also has the advantage of an external safety, if you consider that an advantage.
