There was a pretty nice 2007 ext cab 4x4, Auto, Ranger on FB this morning, $3800, 168k miles. Lasted about an hour I think.

I have about 62 of them right now but never ordered any with 4WD. I would think the Feds would be taking a very close look at me and my staff. Ha

Or an older Jeep Wrangler. Kinda simple with not much frills but will go about anywhere. I have a 98 6cy 5 speed and prefer it for my DD. Can take the top off when I want.
