Is the Apex trigger a big improvement for the plus?
I carry a Shield (not plus) and mine also has the apex kit you describe and its a huge upgrade over stock. I also have a non upgraded and have shot them back to back. The Apex is way better. However I thought the trigger in the Plus was supposed to be much improved so just curious.

Sorry not sure what the rules are about asking questions is the sale section. I am looking to pick up a shield plus so its not just idle banter.

Hey Blackbirdpilot,

That's a great question. For me, it was more so for the added room in the trigger guard for my sausage fingers* lol - The trigger in the shield plus is simply meatier than an APEX so, if you have fat fingers like me, it's a welcome upgrade/change. "BIG improvement for the plus?" - I'd say, No. Just personal preference.

But you're right, the stock trigger on the plus is certainly an improvement over the previous gen, though APEX triggers, for me, if only the trigger even, improves on that greater with a noticeable shorter reset and more importantly take-up. This is my carry shield, so I opted for the full duty kit for that very reason and I love it. Not too heavy, not too light.

I've gotten back into the CZ line and I've been just simply shooting my P10's more accurately. For whatever reasons that is, I don't know maybe ergonomics, fatter grips or the contour of the beaver tail. I notice for me I handle the CZ platform better is all.
