In my quest to purge things that don't get used, I think I might sell this thing. Bought it a few years back and have only used it 2-3 times. It's great, but can't really excite the family for camping much and don't see that changing near-term. I have the tent and the annex that basically creates a room under the overhang portion of the tent. Link to the tent is attached. If there's any real interest, I'll get the actual tent out and take some pictures, but that takes effort so, taking solicitations of interest first. It's been stored in our garage. I think to buy a new one with the annex would be ~$1600ish. I'm thinking maybe $800?

I had the same set up for a while. The annex can be up to 7ish feet. It depends on how high the roof is that the tent is mounted to. You do want to have a sturdy (not factory) roof rack to mount it t
