I looked and did not see a thread for Smokers, post pics of what ya got!! My brother and I built this one, we had a blast making it and even more fun chowing down on what comes off of it.

Great looking smokers...now the emblems on there are a different story.

The OSU smoker as two variants. the 2009 and older and the new and improved 2010 series. The 09 and older series was notorious for smoking meat for the first three quarters. Once the 4th quarter rolled around the fire would die down and could not get going again.

The 2010 series OSU smoker resolved this problem. It continues to burn for all 4 quarters until the meat is done.

Great looking smoker. I have 4 racks of ribs in the deep freeze I need to get thawed out. Doubt it will happen this weekend.
