Granted, kwaynem failed in providing punctuation in his statement, but if you put a period after the word "later," there are two different statements there. I suspect you haven't been watching too much, but I can affirm that there was a crawler as a news piece at the bottom of the screen while that race was going on.
I also think there have been reports of some precincts in some states that did have more votes than they had registered voters.
