News story of fireworks stand owner taking after thefts with a gun made me think. Why do we have a law that prevents protecting property with a firearm. I don't get it, why not shoot a thief caught in the act, bet the theft rate would go down.
It's to keep those pesky Walmart clerks from hosing those shop lifters when they exit the store.
Can you imagine the pile of bodies outside one would have to walk around to get in the store?
