I don't know how good and reliable SOG knives are but I love this knife.

Nice, I have a few of them (Sogs). The Seal Pup is pretty cool. The only thing I don't care about on Sog folders is the safety at the back. I find it to be a pain and unnecessary.

I've read some customers reviews, it seem like they have pretty reviewed so far. I don't think it can be that bad, it's japanese made knife so I think it some what better than chinese and taiwanese knives.

I have had several Sog knives and really liked them. Tough as nails if you know what I mean. Just started carrying benchmades for some odd reason.

I have only carried one brand since I was in 1st grade ...Gerber. Currently I like my Gerber Answer, 3.25, Tanto, Serrated Knife.
