Isn't justice supposed to be blind? Wouldn't that also mean it has to be gender neutral?
If the situation was reversed would we be hearing things like "He doesn't own her she can sleep with who she wants", or "there's no provocation that justifies domestic abuse", etc.

My advice is let this girl post her own bond, that will help her understand actions and consequences.

Seems to me like the justice system worked... Who gives a **** if he cheated, doesn't make her actions ok or justified. The pendulum swung so far the other way it is actually nice to see women being held to the same standard as men.

But I guess you would much rather him just stand back and let some dumb broad hit on him and him just "not be a pansy" and deal with it right?

I don't know either party but usually there are two sides to a story. I would say if she went to jail it was more then a slap on the back. Either way hopefully she isn't stupid and this is now an ex-boyfriend.
