I don't know either party but usually there are two sides to a story. I would say if she went to jail it was more then a slap on the back. Either way hopefully she isn't stupid and this is now an ex-boyfriend.

Had the same thing happen to a co-worker...... only she somehow scratched her now ex husband across the face with her ring during a struggle. Neighbors somehow heard the argument and called the cops. Cops said they had to take someone to jail and it was her because he was the only one with a scratch.
