Considering he was re-arrested and hunted down by US Marshalls after being released the first time it leads one to believe the state has accumulated the evidence needed to make the charge stick. I've always thought he had issues, he kept having meltdowns where he acted bizarrely. I'm with Flem, if he's guilty, and it appears to be the case, he needs to have his oxygen intake ended either by his own hand or the states.

You are correct. Was at a presentation with a OU Medical Center Dr. who does child rape exams and he said that if they aren't examined even within a few hours, then a lot of times the young victims are healed up. 24 hours and the evidence was pretty much completely healed back up.

Slug in a ditch. This will not end well. Ruined a whole bunch of lives, not to mention all the businesses that are going to be hurting because of this.

Many of those people will not be able to shake the stigma of being related to him.
