Spike's Tactical AR9 4.5" Pistol (If measuring correctly, I get closer to 5.5")

Picked this up here about 6 months ago. Said to be new and unfired. I also haven't put any through it.
I listed it as 4.5" as that is how it was listed when sold. However, measuring from the bolt face, I think more like 5.5" The handguard is 4"
The lower is Spike's, nothing on upper to confirm identity. After I got it, I had the serial checked with Spike's and was told, Stripped receiver to one of our Distributors.
It does lockup nice and tight and looks good together.
There are a few nicks on the handguard, see pics.
