Not to nitpick, but the upper photo is of an FEG.The SN on original HP's was stamped vertically down the front strap. If you wanted to checker it (they're pretty thin so you rarely see checkering) or stipple it (much more common), you had to leave a window unmodified where the SN is.
The 10mm will fade long before the 45 does.
Well if you watch some of the promo videos they talk about SA doing the CNC machining on the slides/frames in house. But who knows what that actually means any more?
I like 452, 457, etc haven’t liked one of their pistols yet either.
I want one. I expect the hammer to bite me like the original, then I’ll be selling it if I can’t get that fixed.
