Storm Shelter

Probably in one of the many threads on this topic, but I couldn't find it......we moved here last May, and the home we bought has an unground shelter in the garage. I understand that there is a registry of shelters, and if that is true, I wan to make sure we are listed. I live in SW OKC, ner Westmoore High School. Anyone know where this registry is maintained?
