Guns, ammo, military gear, survival gear/MRE's n stuff, knives....good price gettin in, 7/8ths of the building filled.up, quite a few pretty girl's walkin around as well! I did see a rack or purses and some 'collectable coins' as well that irritated me. Lotsa black rifles n AKs. I spent money there which I haven't done in quite a while.

Good show SD. I bought a Damascus folder from a guy on the west wall. I'll be back Sunday for another walk through.

If this is the same guy that had all the hand made knives, he had a nice damascus level lock.

To you dudes that keep bitching about gun show prices......... I've been going to gun shows for over 30 years. I've bought and sold a couple hundred guns over that time frame. I have never paid the marked price in cash for a gun at a gun show. It is the same as buying a car. If the seller won't sell to you at what you consider a fair price, You turn and walk away. You will eventually find a dealer that will meet your price for the gun/(car) you want or maybe your price expectations are out of sight.
Have you ever paid sticker price on a car?????????? If you have, Ol JB has a place for you in one of his camps.

It occurs to me that a person can both ***** about gun show prices and not pay them. I bitched about some of the prices I saw today, but I also didn't buy any of them.

Or the "Gapper" International Harvester M1 I picked up at the Wanenmacher show last month. I managed to talk the seller down from a high price to an OK price, and I was fine with that considering Gappers made up about half a percent of total M1 Garand production, and mine was about 90% correct (95% with the correct op rod I already had). Not everyone has a Gapper, and even if the CMP puts out some for sale in a month or two, they're likely going to be mixmasters. You just need to keep the price and availability in perspective.

I just got home from the show and am very pleased with some deals I found! Good work Dave...I just wish those few empty tables had vendors at them. Over all a good show that is worth going to.
