We're so far down the rabbit hole now that we can't even see the entrance. My opinion is that "no knock" warrants should be eliminated in all but extreme cases, and "knock" warrants should require protocols that allow the occupant time to unlock and open the door. Most "knock" warrants merely allow the occupant time to prone out for detention at best.

Now we have officers serving arrest warrants in a manner that violates the 4th Amendment and SCOTUS says it's OK? I'm not really sure where we go from hear except more homeowner and officer deaths. Something's got to give. :(
