SWMBO say she loves pimento cheese, but I always wind up throwing away more than half the package. I will not eat it. No, I don't want to share it. Wish I could find single dose servings...What a horrible waste of bacon and cheese.

(Although, I have recently found recipes for pimiento cheese that do not include mayo. I might be willing to try that)
I will take a pimento and bacon, hold the cheese, please. Triple the bacon. Crispy not burnt, thick slice, not thin.
