Well, when you consider that those elected tend to pass laws and then delegate the authority and responsibility to "regulate" the laws that have been passed, you will have a better understanding of who the government is.

For instance, if an employer decides to not provide insurance for its employees then there will be a "fine" assessed in the vicinity of around $2000 for each employee not covered. However, if you are an employer that wants to provide insurance but don't want to have that insurance provide for the RU-486 pills, then the employer can be fined over $1,000,000 per day. Can anyone really provide me with any logical answer for that scenario? Is that fine structure a part of the passed and signed bill, or, did the bureaucrats come up with that?
