The sit down chains are not getting much better.
Tx. Roadhouse used to be pretty good but they can’t cook anymore.
They have two levels of non cooking now. Raw and rare. So I just go to Logan’s and have the meatloaf.

I had the same experience at the new one in Owasso. When I had tried their prime rib in Tulsa I ordered it medium and it came in well done which ruins it, they can't take it back and uncook it. Besides I'm a bit nervous about sending food back to kitchens full of teenage boys. My sister literally sends back EVERYTHING sometimes twice. I told her she has probably consumed about 5 lbs of loogies. Anyway when I ordered the prime rib at Owasso I ordered it medium rare so hopefully it wouldn't be burnt. It didn't even look cooked it was so bloody. We really like the place but their dropping the ball.

The Lokal has much better meatloaf, it’s not covered in weird ketchup. I hate ketchup.
