Because of a recent health issue,,,
I didn't go to the Big Show this time.

The last few times I went there was an air of tension,,,
People were panic buying and gun/ammo prices were sky high.

With this show opening on the tail of Trump's win,,,
I wonder if the mood of the people has lightened up.

I would expect that a sense of glee and relief would be the case.

Anyone notice anything different this show?

Just a relaxed show. A little political talk, but really not much. Tons of Trump apparel being worn however.

What I'm looking for: Buffalo horn SAA grips for my Taylor's & Co. Drifter, a RIA M22 22TCM rifle and .22 TCM ammo.

What I may be bringing to sell/trade: Glock 40 MOS 10mm w RMR, looking to trade for a S&W M&P 2.0 Performance Center 10mm (or sell outright to buy one).

I'll be at a table at least part of both days but I don't know which table number yet.

I just picked up that exact 10mm yesterday. Dayum, I'm not really a black gun kind of guy, But I was impressed, trigger is unbelievable, I could not be happier, it is a keeper.

Seemed like a fantastic show. I know there was tons of money being spent. But not necessarily any panic about it. I was outside smoking and everyone was carrying SOMETHING out.
I didn't hear much negative talk at all. Everyone seems happy to be there and glad there was some stuff available

My vote for the most eye popping table at the show. Total asking price for the five guns in this pic: $197,000.00. And yes, the butt of the one on the far left with a $79.000.00 price tag is just hanging out over the aisle!

Saw an ATF table setup there with 3 agents . Didn’t stop to ask wtf they are doing there

I decided to stop and ask them a question about an LE agency that recovered a stolen pistol of mine and did a Trace on it and when I told them I wanted it back they said it was the wrong serial number they checked ??? The older “Senior” agent there went into copsplaining mode before I could get all my question and details out, he was a real prick there and I’m sure in real life, you could just tell, had a few choice words about thieves and crooked cops and left, he was not happy when I turned and left !
