Israel isnt a backwater 1960's era tinpot african dictatorship.(aka edie amein,) They are capable of,and have before, fought a multiple front war. They can hit dumasscuss and Iran at the same time.
Also, Deuteronomy 22:28-29. Would you force a woman to marry her rapist? Answer yes, or admit that you don't hew strictly to a literal reading of the Bible.Ezekiel 38 and 39.
You're picking and choosing. If you believe that it is a "Prophecy," you're saying you believe it. I'm merely asking why you believe it. If you believe it because "it's in the Bible," then surely you believe the rest of the Good Book. If you reject other parts, then I think you owe us an explanation of how you would use the Bible to set national policy--including committing our troops to combat, war, death--in some cases, but reject other parts. I, for one, would love to hear your selection criteria.Easy Dave, just sharing the "Ezekiel Prophecy" dealing with Israel and "end times".
We shouldn't be involved at all; if they want to attack Iran, that's their baby.
Leave our kids the hell out of it.....we do a good enough job of sending them into unnecessary (and undeclared) wars as it is.
Never said you wrote it, just that you advocated it. You continue to dodge the question: do you advocate the whole Book, or not? If not, how do you choose?Dave, there was a suggestion earlier for people to brush up on their bible prophecy. I posted the location of the one dealing with Israel. I didn't say anything about committing troops, setting national policy, etc. You seem very hostile towards this "prophecy". Perhaps you should talk with someone about it. I didn't write the book.
These two seem reasonable. The others are nothing more than us forcibly inserting ourselves into somebody else's business.
