Correct they have no first amendment rights because he was not in the USA. In fact they are pushing to destroy our first amendment rights. The protest in question was partly about wanting us to ban any speech that says anything bad about Islam.
Shouldn't you be trying to find out who made the flag so you can sue them for damages?
I would be absolutely crushed if this happened while burning a UN flag. That would be a loss.
