So Number 10 is a caution about proper hand loading techniques?
Number 10 needs to be followed a lot more closely. Half the time at the gun club if I would see an empty booze bottle in the trash, there would be blood stains on the concrete.
I get don’t drink and shoot. But why do they care if mix alcohol and gun powder? It puts hair on your chest.

Following no.10 means you can't proof your corn liquor after it comes off the still ...
