Nicotero also said that there were 3 graves, only one was empty, which was Lori's because there wasn't much left. He said that on the aftershow. Carol is gone. They buried her, which is why Darryl put the flower on her grave. He knows she is there. Unless I misheard, but I am pretty damn sure Greg said Lori's is the only grave that was empty. I still have it on DVR, I will rewatch.

Also, that bullet was the bullet that went through Lori's head. Greg Nicotero confirmed that.

At 27 minutes in to the Aftershow (Talking Dead), Greg Nicotero the director, explains that there are 3 graves, and only Lori's is empty. Its only empty because she got fully ate. He said very clearly "Carol's Grave" and the other guys questioned him and said they were empty. He huffs and says she's in there. Carol is gone.

They didn't actually show Lori's death either - only implied it. Plus, episode before last of The Talking Dead when IronE (wish I had a cool name like that) Singleton (T-Dog) was on, they went on at great length about the ritual dinner they have for each cast member when they get killed on the show - and not a word was mentioned about any such dinner for Sarah Wayne Callies (Lori) or the actress who plays Carol. I'm thinking we'll be seeing more of both of them.

I don't buy in to Carol being dead either. They dug three graves yes, but never showed a dead Carol. Then they give a tidbit in the next episode preview that involved Carol didn't they? It was either Carol or Merle??????? I thought he said Carol though. May have to rewatch the preview.

thats what i thought. after that gunshot i figured the boy put one in her brain.
