I've been listening to these polititians and political military figures, for the past two days, talk about how bad this budget cut is going to be for the security of our country. It's going to allow terrorists to run willy nilly all over and create havok and kill maim pillage and plunder at will. There's going to be no security and every outside force on the planet is going to be able to take over the U.S.

WAITTTTTTTTTTTT JUST A MINUTE FOLKS.

Never fear........ because WE THE PEOPLE HAVE THE SECOND AMENDMENT... AND THE CONSTITUTION GIVES US THE RIGHT TO KEEP AND BEAR ARMS....EVEN ONES THAT LOOK SCARY AND CAN HOLD WHAT YOU THINK IS TOO MUCH AMMO. WE THE PEOPLE WILL GUARD OUR COUNTRY, AND WE THE PEOPLE WILL NOT LET ANYONE INVADE US. WILL WILL STAND AND FIGHT IF NECCESSARY AND ARE WILLING TO DIE FOR OUR GOD, OUR COUNTRY, OUR FAMILIES AND THE CITIZENS OF THE UNITED STATES. INSTEAD OF RUNNING AMOK TRYING TO OUTLAW THE VERY TOOLS THAT WILL KEEP YOU SAFE, YOU SHOULD THANK GOD YOU HAVE A WELL REGULATED MILITIA THAT IS READY AND WILLING TO PROTECT. WE'RE BEHIND EVERY BLADE OF GRASS AND WE ALWAYS WILL BE.

Ok...sorry but i thought that needed to be yelled. : )

On the news this morning they said the sequestration cuts will only target non-uniformed DoD employees.

Say, does that mean NCIS is going to lose a cast member?

See, the issue I have with the military saying this is pretty blunt. When they see budget cuts they stop training soldiers, stop providing food, or close chow halls, etc. When what they SHOULD be doing is stop wasteful spending like: civilian contractors, weapons development by the civilian sector they know they'll never buy, million dollar aircraft purchases(instead of changing the oil in the ones they have), so on and so on....

The readiness of the military suffers because of the stupid stuff they spend their money on.
