When filling out the form 1 as an individual do you send in two applications, two photo's, and two fingerprint cards??

2 photos
2 fingerprint cards
1 certificate of compliance
$200.00 fee.

Thanks for the help guys.

Also do you have to use the ATF fingerprint cards that you get from them? Or can I use the ones from the sheriffs office as long as they have the BATF ORI on them?
