I will hold my judgement til the court hearing cause i know that people will make all kinds of allegations against someone just to get them in trouble and start bad publicity against them just because they got mad and didnt get their way.

I wonder if he is found guilty, will the “Paid Leave” be paid back to the coffers?

Instead of giving a paid leave i would rather they put him on a short lease and keep at a desk if to nothing but answering a phone, when i was working for the .gov even thou it was local us common workers never got paid leave we were just sent home without any pay couldnt even use our vac time to keep a check coming in.
