The day I paid off my mortgage, State Farm sent me a notice they were dropping my insurance because my roof needed to be replaced. 23 years they took my money every year. I went to another insurance company and got coverage with the stipulation I would be replacing the roof with 18 months. State Farm called. after I had a new roof installed, out of the blue asking for my business again. Guess what I said?I just got a new roof a couple months ago, and had to pay for it all because my insurance company said the previous roof was too old and worn to be covered. A mistake like this at my place would have been appreciated
