Have they ever used high explosive to kill a tornado? A105 or 155 howitzer with a plastic case so there would be no shrapnel & fuse with a chip could just be dust after the explosion?
A big EF 4 or 5 tornado that’s 1/2 a mile wide is producing its own explosives.
How about a small one thats headed for a trailer park? Or one that is just forming?

Why would you disrupt the cleaning machine?
How would you have a weapon in place to do that? It's hard enough to even get good pics and videos of tornados, let alone set up a weapon and aim it, and determine what collateral damage to worry about.
