My grandfather, who was a pastor btw, came up with what I believe a suitable punishment for such monsters. Strip’m naked, nail them to a telephone pole by their business, hand them a dull butcher knife and light the pole on fire. “Okay scumbag, you make the choice!”
Pastor Stephens is as guilty as the old man and needs some kind of charges filed on him. 
And then we have the dental assistant in Stillwater.
